Active Birth and early parenting Class	2 consecutive Sundays 9.00a.m.-3.00p.m
Active Birth and early parenting evening class	4 week course Tues. 6.30p.m.-9.30p.m
HypnoBirthing® course	4 week course Thurs. 6.00p.m.-9.00p.m
Combined Active Birth and HypnoBirthing® (Highly recommended)
Individual class	Two x 3hr sessions
Post-Natal Midwifery home visit
Caesarean Information and early parenting (Individual)	one x 3hr session
