Birth Right pre-natal and early parenting evening class	4 week course Mon. 6.00p.m.-8.30p.m
HypnoBirthing® course	4 week course Wed. 6.00p.m.-8.30p.m
Combined Birth Right pre-natal and HypnoBirthing® (Highly recommended)
Individual class	Two x 3hr sessions
Post-Natal Midwifery home visit
Caesarean Information and early parenting (Individual)	one x 3hr session
