Returns Policy

 

1.            An initial non-refundable payment of $100.00 is payable by you, the client, and at our initial meeting. 

2.            Cancellation at any time thereafter up to 35 weeks attracts payment of a further fee of $800.00. We will only accept written notification of your cancellation, addressed to Susan Ross at Birthright Australia Pty Limited by email to susan@birthright.com.au or addressed to P O Box 345 Rozelle NSW 2028.

3.            Cancellation of our services after the expiration of 35 weeks of your pregnancy, will attract the full amount of the service charge of $1,800.00 (in addition to the initial refundable payment). This payment represents consideration that the experienced and qualified service providers at Birthright have set aside one month to assist you in relation to the birth of your child, and in this respect have not taken on additional clients during this month in order to meet your needs.

4.            All payments are due within 7 days of notice of your cancellation or of the birth of your child.
