Birth Right is proud to offer this new and fun group.

When:  Every Tuesday, 10am-12pm, commencing February 2, 2010.

Where: Birth Right, 1/1 National Lane, Rozelle, Sydney.

For: New mums and dads with babies aged newborn to six months.

Facilitator: Erika Elliott is an experienced doula and birth educator who is honoured to provide support and help to new parents.

Cost: $10, payable on arrival. No booking is required, just turn up – we look forward to seeing you.

Come and join a supportive group of like-minded new parents, where you can de-brief your birthing experience and share valuable information about your new role. Bring your questions and concerns and share some nurturing food while receiving some essential education and support about breastfeeding, sleep and settling, and much, much more.
