Jane is passionate about preconception and pregnancy care and empowering women to explore the choices available in the way they birth.
Having completed her own extensive preconception care program, Jane had a healthy, trouble-free pregnancy and natural home birth. Her son Thomas is almost 2 years old & is happy & healthy. Having experienced such a wonderful pregnancy and labour, Jane is enthusiastic about helping other women have a similar experience.

A consultation with Jane includes a complete health history, a detailed review of each of your body systems followed by iridology (iris review).
Natural therapies help the body to work synergistically to restore health and vitality, not just treat your symptoms. Jane will use all the information gathered to determine your personal health plan which will include diet and lifestyle advice and nutritional or herbal supplements if required.
Natural therapies can be used during pregnancy to reduce symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, food cravings (and many more!) plus help to ensure a normal, healthy full-term pregnancy.
Jane is available at Birth Right on Tuesdays from 10am-4pm.
